The Housing Board
The Housing Board is a group of senior local authority and partner agency officers, which meets regularly to work collaboratively on strategic housing issues across seven districts. These are Cambridge, East Cambridgeshire, Fenland, Huntingdonshire, Peterborough, South Cambridgeshire and West Suffolk.
The Board works with its partners to share learning and experience across the local housing market area on four priorities:
- New homes & communities
- Homes for wellbeing
- Existing homes
- Housing need and homelessness
The Housing Board was previously known as Cambridge sub-Regional Housing Board (CRHB) and as CRASH (Cambridge Affordable and Social Housing group).
About the Housing Board
- The Housing Board priorities are outlined on this page.

Recent meeting papers
Please get in touch if you would like to see older meeting papers, we tend to keep just one year’s papers here.
We have put together some supplementary terms of reference during the covid-19 outbreak, to show how the housing board is involved and working across partnerships to tackle risks and issues identified.
