Homelessness Support

If you are at risk of becoming homeless or are worried about your housing situation, it is important to act as soon as possible.
Local Councils (see links below) have a duty to help you to prevent your homelessness and to help you to stay in your home or find other suitable accommodation.
If you think there is a possibility you may become homeless, contact us as soon as possible so that we can:

try to prevent your homelessness
advise you about your housing rights and options
advise you about what help we can offer you if you become homeless

Housing Support

Social housing is managed by City & District Councils in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Both Cambridgeshire Districts and Peterborough provide choice based lettings schemes for all council and housing association homes.
Other types of properties such as extra care and Equity Share properties may also be available.
If you are a social housing tenant already you can also register here for mutual exchange (swapping homes with another tenant).
