System enablers

This mental health needs assessment gives a whole system overview of the services that support people experiencing poor mental health, including those with diagnoseable mental illnesses, in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. There are key enablers that need to be looked at the system level covered in this section of the needs assessment. These are:
