Cambridgeshire Insight uses products and data from various sources:
The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) was set up as an Executive Non Departmental Public Body (ENDPB) in April 2013.
The seven districts in our housing sub-region subscribe to Hometrack to gather information on our housing market - issues like number of market sales, prices achieved and housing affordability. This data is used, for example, in our Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) and housing market bulletins.
We publish this information under agreement with Hometrack and in line with the terms of our subscription. Detailed data should not be reused or published by any organisation or person who does not hold a Hometrack license.
In summary, detailed Hometrack data is not published on Cambridgeshire Insight as it is for subscribers only. However district-wide, summary, quarterly and annual data is published on Cambridgeshire Insight as useful context and "tracking" information on housing market activity.
