Cambridgeshire County Council is writing a policy for the provision of Adult Social Care (ASC) Transport. This Policy will help assessors of social care decide whether the council can provide assisted services as part of a care package. It will also help to ensure that the allocation of availible resounces is equal and fair.
This aim of this consultation is to find out how our transport services in Cambridgeshire are helping older people to maintain a healthy, independent life - what works well, and what service users, family carers and involved organisations think is missing.
You can have a look at the draft Policy as it currently stands, and feed back to us what you think (or what your organisation thinks). If you use our services, there are then a few questions which will help us get a better picture of current travel habits.
